By placing an order with Welsh, you agree that all our juices are made fresh and once delivered or picked up, we are not responsible for how they are handled or stored afterward. Orders are confirmed only after payment or agreed deposit, and prices may change without prior notice. Delivery charges apply based on location, and delays caused by traffic or unforeseen events do not qualify for refunds. Because our products are perishable, all sales are final except in cases where the wrong item or a damaged order is delivered by Welsh. Bulk and event orders require early booking and partial payment, and cancellations after production has started are non-refundable. All Welsh branding, logos, photos, and product descriptions are protected and cannot be reused without permission. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive the order.
